The current production at Lockwoods Italiana is carried out on three lines which enable a comprehensive range of products to be offered on the market:

• canned beverages line;
• juices and beverages in glass line;
• vegetables line.

Every production line has a line mechanic, a person in charge of quality control and line operators.

The production lines are served by two steam boilers : a 10 tons/hour boiler and an 8 tons/hour boiler for emergencies.

The water used in the production processes comes from internal wells and it is drawn, softened and demineralized using a specific purification plant.

With regard to the preparation of syrups and poaching liquids, Lockwoods Italiana uses a room with avant-garde equipment.
