Sales Division

The sales force in Italy consists of a network of multifirm agents that operate virtually nationwide and work in clearly defined areas.

The turnover of Lockwoods Italiana is generated by three commercial units in the company:

1. Overseas Division;

2. Direct – Management Italy;

3. Multifirm agents.

Administration, Finance and Control Division

The Administration, Finance and Control Division is appropriately structured for a company the size of Lockwoods Italiana.

All the Division’s main functions are presided over by skilled staff with years of experience in the job.

In General Management, there is the "Management Control" function which operates with a well-structured information system and reports directly to Management, which it interacts with on a daily basis.

The Division is equipped with an advanced information system that manages all the company divisions, including the production division, for which it handles the bills of material and cost accounting, with the objective of monitoring the manufacturing costs and product costs on a daily and monthly basis.

The system provides the sales division with all the sales statistics it requires.

The complete financial statement, including both the statement of assets and liabilities and the economic balance sheet, is periodically processed and submitted to general management where the budget forecasts are checked against the final balances of the period.The management of salaries is outsourced.
